Support
Support
Open a ticket below, or just email us. Either way it reaches the people who build the software — there is no chatbot and no outsourced queue.
Open a support ticket
This form reaches us directly and gives you a ticket reference by email. It is the fastest way to get a useful answer, because it asks for the details we would otherwise have to write back and request.
How to reach us
Email support@buffleheadsoftware.com. This is the correct address for every kind of request: bug reports, questions about how something works, feature suggestions, refund questions, privacy requests, and press enquiries.
You can also call (610) 817-3474 during United States Eastern business hours. Email usually gets a better answer, because it lets us look at the details before replying.
Response times
We aim to reply to every message within two business days. We are a small company, so replies may be slower around holidays or a release. If you have not heard back within a week, please send a follow-up — it means your message went astray, not that it was ignored.
Reporting a bug
The more of this you can include, the faster we can fix it:
- The application name and version number.
- Your device and operating system version — for example, iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 26.1.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visible.
- Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in a support message. We will never ask you for any of those.
Feature requests
We read every one and keep a list. We cannot promise a timeline, and we do say no to things that would make an application worse for the people already using it. If we decline a request we will tell you why rather than leaving it unanswered.
Refunds and billing
Purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store are billed and processed by Apple, not by us. Refunds for App Store purchases are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and Apple makes the decision. We are happy to help you understand a charge or advise whether a refund is the right route, but we cannot issue one on Apple's behalf.
Privacy and data requests
To ask what personal information we hold about you, or to request its deletion, email the address above with the subject line Privacy request. See our privacy policy for what we do and do not collect.
Security reports
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in one of our applications, please email us with the details and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge your report and keep you informed.
